ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Jade Systems LLC maintains a strict No Refund policy.

Due to the proprietary nature of the JADE SENTINEL™ Algorithmic Engine and the immediate delivery of intellectual property upon access to the Vault, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Why This Policy Exists

When you are granted access to the Vault, you are instantly connected to our institutional-grade execution environment. Because this digital access cannot be "returned," all payments are final.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

By purchasing access and utilizing the Software, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Trading losses, drawdown, or dissatisfaction with algorithmic market performance.
Failure or inability to properly configure your exchange API permissions.
Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal financial hardship after access is granted.
