Welcome to JADE SENTINEL™ ("the Software"), operated by Jade Systems LLC. By accessing our Vault or utilizing our algorithmic execution engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Jade Systems LLC provides quantitative algorithmic execution software. We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers, or a registered investment advisory firm. The Software automates trades based on proprietary logic. You assume all market risks associated with algorithmic trading.
Users must provide API keys to connect the Software to third-party exchanges (e.g., Gemini, Oanda). JADE utilizes encrypted environments for API storage. However, Jade Systems LLC is not liable for losses incurred due to exchange outages, API latency, or user-error in API permission configurations.
JADEV6™ and the Autonomous Matrix are the exclusive intellectual property of Jade Systems LLC. Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or attempting to extract the core logic of the Software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Jade Systems LLC reserves the right to modify subscription fees for access to the Vault at any time. In accordance with New York State Auto-Renewal laws (NY Gen. Bus. Law § 527-a), any pricing changes will be communicated to active subscribers with a clear and conspicuous notice via email at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the price change. This notice will include explicit instructions on how to cancel the service before the new fee is charged. Continued use of the Software after the fee change goes into effect constitutes your binding agreement to the modified subscription fee.
