Welcome to JADE SENTINEL™ ("the Software"), operated by Jade Systems LLC. By accessing our Vault or utilizing our algorithmic execution engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Jade Systems LLC provides quantitative algorithmic execution software. We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers, or a registered investment advisory firm. The Software automates trades based on proprietary logic. You assume all market risks associated with algorithmic trading.
Users must provide API keys to connect the Software to third-party exchanges (e.g., Gemini, Alpaca, Oanda). JADE utilizes encrypted environments for API storage. However, Jade Systems LLC is not liable for losses incurred due to exchange outages, API latency, or user-error in API permission configurations.
JADEV6™ and the Autonomous Matrix are the exclusive intellectual property of Jade Systems LLC. Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or attempting to extract the core logic of the Software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
